Our blister sealing machines are used in CPG retail, oral care, and other markets. New demands for paper blisters and dust-free package designs have driven the development of the new HSU35b.

ILLIG North America is the firm's subsidiary providing business development, sales, tooling, and service support to US and Canadian converters. Our Technical Service Center in Indianapolis is centrally located and is stocked with spare parts for a variety of machine models. 

ILLIG consistently focuses on resource-saving products and processes that are suitable for use in today’s recycling ecosystem. With our "Circular Thinking!" approach, ILLIG bundles many years of technical know-how into the development of sustainable systems. We work closely with APR guidelines to ensure that parts made on our machines will be accepted into regional recycling streams. With its comprehensive packaging development approach, "Pactivity® 360", ILLIG also supports packaging manufacturers in designing recyclable applications and new lamination techniques for molded fiber and cardboard. Packaging produced on ILLIG systems reduces the use of raw materials and supports better recycling. ILLIG has also recently joined the R-Cycle consortium. We are now able to advise customers on the implementation of digital product passports for recycling-friendly applications.
