Valmatic has been active for over 40 years in the production of FFS machines and single-dose containers. The company is located in the heart of the Italian ‘packaging valley’ and is projected into an international dimension, with exports to over 50 countries. In Private Labels it designs and manufactures single-dose containers and vials for liquids, gels, creams and powders with capacities from 0.50 to 200 ml. Develops complete secondary packaging and innovative samplings designs for you brands. It specializes in the construction of vertical FFS lines and offers innovative design solutions using eco-sustainable materials.  

The plastic film PET/EVOH/LDPE came for the 80 % from plastic market and it is recyclable, so green and eco-friendly material. It is a top quality material and efficient because it is the same we use every day in our co-packing facility. Valmatic produces vials and single-dose containers made of BPET/PE material where BPET is regenerated and comes up to 80% from the water bottles. An eco-friendly green material that preserves and maintains the characteristics of the product. As a testimony of the constant and thorough attention to sustainability and environmental issues, we have developed PAPERDOSE®: a new range of single-dose packaging of variable capacity ranging from 1 to 50 ml, manufactured with 81% of Aticelca certified recyclable paper from FSC forests. Through the use of recyclable materials, we combine sustainability and the need to safeguard the environment with the standards required for a “green” communication by our clients in all industries: from cosmetics to food, from chemicals to pharmaceuticals.
