Our flexible films with low environmental impact are those with reduced thickness, compostable packaging, or structures that are increasingly recyclable and with recycled content, whenever possible.
All films and the plant are ISCC Plus certified, which ensures bio-circularity throughout the supply chain.

Compared to large multinationals, ITP is a "customer oriented" company. 80% of production is customized to the customer's needs, and the development times of a project are very fast. Packaging machine manufacturers particularly appreciate our responsiveness and supportive ability to make a new packaging film “machinable”.
Finally, we are able to give customers advice that is not always so obvious: they often interface with us even for a development that is not necessarily linked to one of our films. Our laboratory is able to provide advice and updated documentation on each legislation.
ITP is implementing the activities necessary for an effective and correct measurement of the carbon footprint of its products and processes, in order to pursue a constant reduction, and to contribute, within its sphere of action, to support the achievement of the sustainable development goals. indicated by the United Nations in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, and taken from the 2019 European Green Deal.
 

We have been BRC certified since 2013. In 2021 we added Module 10 with full marks - grade AA plus - against the dispersion of raw materials in the maritime environment. Up today, we are the first in the world. The product innovation developed by ITP's R&D team in recent years, involves the most sustainable flexible films and it is a real revolution: Packrevolution.com. Sustainability arises from the use of raw materials from renewable sources, from the use of industrial and post-consumer waste, from the 100% recyclability of the packaging after its use, from the reduction of thicknesses, and from certified compostability.
