LUTZE designs and manufactures control products for industrial automation and specializes in flexible and continuous motion industrial control, power and network cables such as LUTZE SILFLEX®, LUTZE SUPERFLEX®, MOTIONFLEX® and DRIVEFLEX® VFD cables. DRIVEFLEX® VFD cables are designed to meet the unique electrical challenges in VFD and Servo applications. All DRIVEFLEX® VFD cables use a special formulation of cross linked polyethylene insulation (XLPE), providing excellent electrical characteristics while maintaining the utmost flexibility for a drive cable.
LUTZE SILFLEX® FBP cables meet both UL and FDA requirements providing an innovative solution for food and beverage processing applications.
LUTZE offers grounding & wire management products such as CABLEFIX® cable entry systems. The CABLEFIX® products simplify cable installation and management as well as offer significant time and space savings compared to installing traditional cable glands.
LUTZE has a broad range of compact industrial power supplies. When conventional circuit breakers and fuses are not reliable enough, consider implementing LUTZE LOCC-Box, the intelligent DC control circuit protection device, to monitor and protect the control circuits to minimize manufacturing downtime. LCIS (LUTZE Compact Interface Solutions) product series includes both mechanical (EMR) and solid state (SSR) industrial relays. LCIS relays offer compact, innovative and functional features for a wide range of industrial applications.
LUTZE AirSTREAM Wiring System offers convenient and easy access to wiring and populating components from the front of the control cabinet. AirSTREAM Wiring System promotes effective hot spot dissipation by keeping the ambient temperature at optimal level to avoid severe and costly consequences like decreased lifetime of components and possible machine downtime.
