Sustainability and Circularity are the core of reusable packaging, and those philosophies continue with our Right-Sized Reusable Totes. When we think of how they relate, the 6 R’s come to mind. Reduce - By increasing part density pack/pallet, our tote reduces energy use and greenhouse gasses associated with warehousing and transportation by utilizing less space. Our tote also provides customers with increased product protection and reduced damage. Minimizing resources used to re-manufacture or replace damaged product. Rethink – We challenged standardized packaging by finding ways to eliminate waste and right-size the tote for maximum pack efficiency. Reuse – Not only are the rigid plastic totes reusable for years but the modular design allows for disassembly and repurposing of components towards the next right-size application. Recycle – Components that cannot be repurposed into another program will be recycled into a post-industrial Polypropylene stream. We plan to use up to 25% post-industrial re-grind in future tote component manufacturing. Repair – Damage happens with industrial packaging. With our modular tote design, we can easily replace any damaged component without having to replace the entire tote. Refuse – We believe every part deserves optimized packaging.
