Title: Shelf-Ready Labeling That Marketing/Operations Can Agree On

Description:

The way in which food items are packaged has a significant impact on how attractive they are to consumers.  Finding a solution that looks good on the retail shelf and minimizes labor during the processing/packaging steps has never been more critical.  In this session Lisa Barrieau will review the pro’s and con’s of various packaging technologies from both an on the shelf appearance perspective and from a labor requirements perspective.
